Pizzas made by an Italian Chef, with a true mastery of Italian-style dough. Made fresh, hand-stretched and with care for the process and quality. A fine, crispy, light dough, created in the authentic way, based on mother leaven which matures for several days. The sauce is the next important factor, made by the Chef as well, with quality tomatoes and herbs coming from Italy, prepared with passion that will simmer for several hours. With quality toppings and a delicate drizzle of olive oil to lend smooth uniformity. Fresh pasta only, skilfully prepared by the Chef. 30 years of know-how for an artisanal cuisine, favouring a local service. In delivery or call and collect.
