who ARE WE and what do we do ?

Well established in Mauritius since 2004, we have decided to offer you in take away and delivery only, a real Italian pizza with the ancestral know-how of authentic sourdough. A leaven created by us, and which matures for weeks. A real and “unprocessed” sourdough, coming from a culture of a colony of wild yeasts, nurtured by routine “feedings” to keep them happy. It will become much more digestible, lighter and crispy. Basically, you won’t feel like you’ve swallowed a brick 🧱 after eating your pizza šŸ•!

Our flour, coming directly from Italy and specially made for the pizza dough, is mixed with filtered water and our homemade leaven. It matures once again for 2 days to give the best of itself. Hand-stretched Ć  la minute, crust formed by stretching and tossing the dough into the air.

For the Gluten free eaters, we have also thought of you! Our special gluten-free pizza dough recipe will delight you. The texture is just like a thin and crispy gluten pizza base.

A homemade tomato sauce, from a well-kept recipe handed down from father to son for generations. Only fresh products ( except special products we don’t find in the island ) and fine herbs coming directly from our organic herbs garden and local organic farmers.

In order to give you the best service, all our pizzas will be delivered by us directly from the oven. This is the reason why we will offer a local service and will not be able to deliver all the north of Mauritius.
